At Oversee AI, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your data from our platform, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of all personal data associated with your account:

1. Send an email to contact@getoversee.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Your full name
   • The email address associated with your account
   • Your organization name (if applicable)
3. Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove the following data from our systems:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile details
• Conversation Data: All synced WhatsApp conversations, messages, and metadata
• Knowledge Base: Any documents or files you uploaded
• Configuration Data: Custom settings, preferences, and AI configurations
• Usage Data: Activity logs and analytics associated with your account

Data Deletion via Facebook Login

If you signed up or connected to Oversee AI using your Facebook account, you can also request data deletion through Facebook's settings:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
2. Navigate to Apps and Websites
3. Find Oversee AI and click Remove
4. Check the box for "Delete all posts, photos and videos on Facebook that Oversee AI may have published on your behalf"
5. Click Remove

After removing the app from Facebook, send us a data deletion request at contact@getoversee.ai to ensure all data stored on our servers is also deleted.

Exceptions

Certain information may be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Records required for tax, legal, or compliance purposes
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you
• Information necessary to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce our agreements
